About Us
Started in 2001 with a vision to partner organisations to help them realise their vision and extend their reach, the company has grown in ability and size. We now have a team of 14 people, offering a wide range of specialised skills and the ability to carry out any size project with skill and flair.
Over the years we have been fortunate to help some phenomenal organisations realise their ambitions.
What's in a name?
'Mind' stands for engagement, understanding and sharing your passion. Our process places learning about you, your passions and your drive at the heart of what we do.
We spend a lot of time with you so that we can come alongside you and work with belief and conviction to achieve your goals, so you end up with a service that could only be for you.
'Unit' stands for collaboration. We collaborate with you at all stages, working with you closely to help you to understand the process and get the most out of it.
'Unit' also stands for our studio atmosphere - we don't outsource - you work with an impassioned team of skilled people throughout your time with us, who work closely together to get behind your project and share your journey with you.
Our Approach
Mind Unit look after your needs long term, to make sure that your website grows and changes with your activities, and that your ambitions can be achieved.
Throughout your time with us you will be working with one of our project management team, whose job it is to make sure that we understand your needs and work effectively for you. They will be coming to your events, getting to know you and investing time and energy into making sure we are offering you as positive a service as possible.
Using our well-established Project Management processes, through a series of meetings we work in close consultation with our clients in order to ensure that your expectations of what is possible are exceeded, and the resultant site is more than you thought it could be.
We will take you on a journey of discovery through the design process, helping you at every stage to understand the issues and make informed decisions between a full range of options.
